Villa Fiorita, one of the villas for holidays in Apulia near the sea, is in Lido Fontanelle, near Villanova, central area of the seaside of Ostuni. It is a strategic position to reach the historical centre of the White City and other famous places of the Salento during the holidays.

This private residence, where the villas are, is about 200 meters far from the sea, where there is the Reef, and about 600 meters far from the first beaches (equipped or free), that can be reached through little streets inside the residence.
It on a characteristic coast of the Adriatic Sea, where the reef alternates at some nice small and middle sandy beaches, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub.

The villa has a wide garden, from which it accedes to a spacious and equipped veranda, where the guests can have dinner and relax themselves.

Inside, there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery and a little bathroom (without shower), a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, second full bathroom with shower, on the upper floor a terrace with sea view.

In "Villanova" and "Camerini", the two villages near this villa, there are, during the holidays, cafès, restaurants, bakeries, chemist, mini-markets, recreation grounds for the children.

In Ostuni town, heart of Apulia, far from the sea about 7 km, the guests will find all the services, super-markets, banks and the historical centre, which is the tourist meeting point with many typical shops, characteristic "trattorie"(eating house), pubs, funs for the young people, famous cafès, that can be easily reached by car or by bus from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night).

The long beaches with the Mediterranean scrub start at about 2 km from Rosa Marina to Torre Canne of Fasano in the natural reserve of Lido Morelli, nice places that you can see during your holidays in Apulia.

REMAINING PERIODS - except holidays period	300,00 euro
August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks. If the guests book the two weeks with the 15th of the August they must pay 10% in addition.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (forfait for every week 30,00 euro). Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of 50,00 euro.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 150,00 is requested.
Upon request the owners provide little bed, garage, bed linen with the price to agree with them.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m).
