Cosimiana, is a villa for holiday in Apulia, situated in the Village Monticelli, seaside of Ostuni. It is a strategic position to reach the historical centre of the White City and other famous places of the Apulia.

This private village is about 100 meters far from the sea, and about 200 meters far from the first small beaches on a characteristic coast of the Adriatic Sea, where the reef alternates at some nice small and middle sandy beaches sorrounded by the Mediterranean scrub.

This villa has two housing unities on the ground floor, in a house live the owners, who rent out the guests the second housing unity. Both the houses have an independent entrance.

The guests have at disposal a garden and a terrace of about 400 meters square; behind, there is a wide equipped veranda, where the guests can have dinner and relax themselves.
On the superior floor there is a terrace with sea view.

Inside, with simple and essential furniture, there is a living room with two single sofa beds, a little bedroom (with entrance divided by living room through a curtain) with two single beds, dining room and a small kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery , a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with a shower.

In the Village Monticelli there are not services, but they are available in Villanova, about 2 km far away, central area of the seaside of Ostuni, where there are cafès, restaurants, bakeries, chemist, mini-markets, recreation grounds for the children and equipped beaches.

In Ostuni town, hearth of Apulia, far from the sea about 9 km, the guests will find all the services, super-markets, banks and the historical centre, which is the tourist meeting point with many typical shops, characteristic "trattorie"(eating house), pubs, funs for the young people, famous cafès, that can be easily reached.

The long beaches with the Mediterranean scrub start at about 2 km from Rosa Marina to Torre Canne of Fasano in the natural reserve of Lido Morelli, nice places that you can see during your holiday in Salento.

REMAINING PERIODS - except holidays period	300,00 euro
August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks. If the guests book the two weeks with the 15th of the August they must pay 10% in addition.
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas, which will be calculated at the end of the rental period.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100,00 is requested.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
