August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
* If the guest will rent this house for a minimum of a week in June or September, the owners will offer you a particular tasting of typical products of the Apulia
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water, gas and final house cleaning 50,00 euro;
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
In Winter months the prices do not include the cost of heatings which will be calculated at the end of the rental period.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
