Each villa is independent and has a terrace with a small garden and anterior veranda, where the guests can have dinner and relax themselves, small posterior veranda with external shower.

There are different kinds of villas, all with new furnishings,; inside can stay from 2 to 8 people.

"O" has a dining room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom with shower, second bedroom with two single beds, third bedroom with a single bed and a window opens in the dining room, a second small bathroom.

"M" has a dining room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen with necessary utensils and crockery, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower.

Near the residence, in summer days, there is mini-market, restaurants, cafè and in the village of Rosa Marina there are disco and famous places;
Villanova is at about 3 km and it is the centre of seaside from Ostuni, where there are other services.

Ostuni town, is far about 7 km, there are all the services, super-markets, banks and the historical centre is the tourist meeting point with many typical shops, characteristic trattorie, disco-pub, funs for the young people, that can be easily reached by car or by buses from the seaside to the town and return in the morning until the evening (in the summer days also in the night).

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks. For the weeks with the 15th of the August you must pay plus 10%
The prices include the cost of electricity, water, gas and common swimming pool.
Pre-payment is required for the final villa cleaning in the amount of Euro 50,00.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100.00 is requested.
In Winter the prices do not include the cost for heatings which will be calculated at the end of the rental period
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
