August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks. For the weeks with on 15th of the August you must pay plus 10%. Alternatively, it is possible to reserve three consecutive weeks.
The prices include the cost of water and gas
The prices do not include the cost of electricity and heatings which will be calculated at the end of the rental period. Pre-payment is required for the final house cleaning in the amount of 50,00 euro.
Upon request the owners provide bed linen
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of 150,00 euro is requested.
Arrivals are from every Saturday (from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Saturday (9 a.m.)
