This ancient Masseria has been renovated recently. It is composed of homes with all comforts and the furniture is completely new. The apartments are equipped and rent out as holiday homes to the tourists.

Around the Masseria there are wide external common spaces with garden and typical trees of our land, yard and wide verandas surrounded by grass lawns, where it can relax and go for a walk.

August reservations must be made for a minimum of two weeks, either the first two weeks , or the last two weeks.
The prices include : - the stay in suite-apartments, with two bathrooms, each week from Sunday to Sunday - the private parking - the common use of swimming pool
The prices do not include the cost of electricity, water and gas (weekly forfait : 25 euro per person). Pre-payment is required for the final apartment cleaning in the amount of 70,00 euro.
To secure a firm reservation a 30% pre-payment is requested. The 70% balance is due upon arrival. In addition to the basic rental fee, a security deposit of Euro 100,00 is requested.

Arrivals are every Sunday (from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.). Departures are every Sunday (10 a.m.)
